Reed diffuser: always-on background scent
A reed diffuser is a bottle of fragrance oil with rattan reeds standing in it. The reeds draw the oil up and release it into the air continuously, with no flame, no electricity and nothing to switch on. The result is a quiet, steady scent that becomes part of the room.
Best for: living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, offices. Any room you want to smell good all the time, without thinking about it.
Tips: place it where people pass, so moving air carries the scent. Flip the reeds now and then to refresh them. Keep it away from heat sources and out of reach of pets and children, and wipe up drips because fragrance oil can mark wood and paint.

Room spray: instant, on demand
A room spray is fragrance you deploy: a few sprays and the room changes in seconds. Ours are 500ml, and the pack describes them as bed and clothes fresheners too. A light mist over the sheets or a coat is part of the point.
Best for: entrances before guests arrive, bedrooms at night, sofas and curtains, after cooking.
Tips: spray into the air or lightly onto fabric from about an arm's length, not onto wood, leather or delicate fabrics up close. Test on a hidden spot first.
Royal Oud (smoke, dark resin and dry leather) is our best-selling home scent of any kind. Istanbul Flower (tulips and spiced rose) is the lighter favourite.
Air freshener spray: small spaces, on the go
Our 30ml air fresheners are compact sprays for the places a diffuser does not fit: the car, the closet, the bathroom, the gym bag, a suitcase.
Best for: bathrooms, cars, closets, travel.
