Return policy

The window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Email info@luvealusa.com — or simply reply to your order confirmation — with your order number and what you would like to send back, and we will reply with return instructions.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Returns that arrive unannounced are difficult to match to an order, which delays the refund.

What we can accept

To be refunded, an item needs to come back unopened and unused, with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, in its original packaging.

• Unopened fragrance, diffusers and sprays — refunded in full.
• Damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items — refunded or replaced in full, and we cover the return shipping.
• A change of mind — refunded, with the cost of return shipping deducted or paid by you.

What we cannot accept

Once a fragrance has been opened we are not able to resell it, and for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept it back. This is standard across the fragrance industry and it is the reason the smaller sizes exist — an 8ml or 18ml bottle is an inexpensive way to find out whether a scent suits you before committing to a 100ml.

• Opened or used fragrance, unless it is faulty.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Gift cards.

How the refund works

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5–10 business days to post it, which is outside our control.

There is no restocking fee. If your order included a discount, the refund is of the amount actually paid.

Cancelling an order

Because orders leave within 24 hours, the window to cancel is short. Email us as soon as possible — if the parcel has not yet been collected we will cancel and refund in full. If it has, treat it as a return.
