Your subscriptions live in your Luveal account. Sign in to skip a delivery, change the schedule, pause, or cancel — online, immediately, no call needed.
Manage in your account
Sign in with the email address you subscribed with, then open Subscriptions. Every subscription shows its items, price, schedule and next charge date, with buttons to skip, change, pause, resume or cancel. If you cannot sign in, use the email option below. You do not need to make a phone call.

Cancel by email
Email sales@luvealusa.com from the address used to subscribe and ask us to cancel. An order or subscription number helps if you have it, but is not required if we can identify your subscription from your email. There is no cancellation fee.
Email a cancellation requestThis button opens your email app. You must send the message to submit your request; opening this page or clicking the button does not cancel a subscription. If your email app does not open, send your request directly to sales@luvealusa.com. Never send card numbers or security codes by email.
When cancellation takes effect
Submit your cancellation before the next scheduled charge is processed to stop that renewal. Email cancellation takes effect when we receive the request, subject only to reasonable verification if we need to identify the subscription. We will confirm cancellation by email. An order already charged is covered by our order cancellation and return policy.
New Subscribe & Save enrollment on this storefront is currently coming soon. Ordinary purchases and newsletter signups do not create a paid subscription. This page remains available for help with an existing subscription.
